My Third SBE ^^

Hello, my all sweet readers.

Last week, I had done School Based Experience (SBE) with one of my classmates named Syahida Amira at Sekolah Kebangsaan Batu Papan, Bera, Pahang. We did it for a week which it began on 19 March and ended on 23 March 2012. There were many experiences and inputs we got during completing the SBE. This is the first school that has less pupils and teachers which there are 102 and 13 respectively. This condition makes me feel interested to this school because the lesser the number of students, the easier for the teachers to recognize and know them. Also, when there are only thirteen teachers in a school, we can know each other better. Furthermore, I could see that all the teachers there are like a big family. There are so close, kind, friendly and helpful. Plus, it is easily for me to remember and meet all the teachers.

First of all, as usual, I got many new experiences especially in teaching because there were some period that I had to replace teachers who absent on that days. Plus, I also saw some teaching and learning of a teacher because it was one of our task. Every school I went to do SBE, I would enter any classes to relief. Even I did not teach anything, but I tried to do some useful activities in the class so that the pupils would get some inputs.

Besides, the most unforgotten moment and experience that I got from doing SBE at that school is I had to be the Master of Ceremony (MC) for a prize-giving ceremony because there was football games between schools at Mengkarak. Nevertheless, from being MC, I had practiced to talk in from audiences, and in the same time I could increase my self confidence.

Hopefully, my friends and I would grab and gain more experiences in our next SBE. As a result, we can apply them when we are a teacher in the future. SBE is very good for all the trainee teachers in order to expose us to the different school’s environment and culture. That’s all. Thank you.

Teachers. A word that defines about someone who teaches other persons especially at school. They can be strict, funny, energetic or boring teacher. A good teacher is like a candle. It consumes itself to light the way for others. But, to be a great teacher is not as easy as ABC. They are many characteristics and aspects that determine someone as a good teacher such as knowledgeable, patience, understanding, concern and so on and so forth. And I would like to list only three characteristics of a good teacher.

First, a good teacher is the one who have good relationship with his or her students. Not all teachers in the world have this quality. Teachers who are kind and concern to their students will be loved more by them. Good and Brophy (2000) said that positive teacher-student relationship is characterized by mutual acceptance, understanding, warmth, closeness, trust, respect, care and cooperation. Positive teacher-student relationship will give positive impacts to both parties such as increases the enjoyment in the class, increases the students’ achievement in academic, students will respect and love their teachers and so and so forth. This kind of teacher will be one of the students’ favourite. This is because, usually these teachers are very nice to their students but at the same time they are very strict in a certain things.  

In addition, great teachers should have excellent teaching skills and variety of strategies and techniques used during their lessons. This is because to ensure that the students will not get bored and they will enjoy in learning any subjects in the classroom. Teachers must be creative and innovative so that they can do something different and interesting in order to attract their students to learn the subjects well. Furthermore, the students will feel more interested to learn and easier to understand what has their teacher teaches. No wonder if the students feel so motivated to come school every day since they know that the teachers have variety of activities and techniques when teaching. 

Besides, a good teacher is the one who can be a role model to students and another teachers too. Teachers who can be the role model usually have good behaviors and at the same time, they are knowledgeable and excellent in teaching. Also, a good teacher is very patience and persistence in teaching the students who have variety of manners and behaviors. As you know, pupils nowadays are so advanced which they have exposed too much things. Teacher should be very wise in managing this condition. Good teacher also the one who are willing to scarify energy, times and money to make sure that all the students will be the successful persons in the future.

In conclusion, to be a great teacher is difficult. Sometimes, we cannot withstand our students’ manners and all the obstacles that come. A great teacher should be the strongest person because students always look their teachers’ actions rather than words. Even it is not easy to be the best teachers, but it is not impossible. Everyone can be a good teacher if we try our best to be one of them. And make sure that one of our intentions is to produce students who will be useful to everybody in the world.

Oh my PRINTER (T_T)

Hello, my sweet readers.

This month is such the busiest month I have in the world.

I got many assignments and course works that should be completed.

And most of them have to be submitted before the semester break.

And the most important is I need a HEALTHY PRINTER to print all my assignments!

Oh, my GOD. Unluckily, there is something wrong with my printer.

When I want to print something, a box comes out in my laptop's screen.

It said that there was a jammed paper inside the printer.

When I checked it out, there is no paper jammed since I have removed it before.

And now my printer can not be used to print anything yet.

Actually, there was a story behind this accident.

It is difficult for me to explain my matter further here.

But I hope my printer will be going well soon because I planned to bring it to the shop inside Jaya Jusco which the technicians there may help me to repair it.

And please do pray for me too.

May me myself will be stronger for facing all the obstacles and challenges that God has given on me.

I believe and trust that Allah's plan is always BETTER than my plan.

A test is a sign of His loves to me :)

Islamic Book Fair

Hye and hello my sweeties and sweethearts (^_^)

Wish all of you are in a pink health.

Yesterday, some of my friends and I went to the Islamic Book Fair at Putrajaya. We went there about eight in the morning.

After we arrived there, we looked so many booths where Islamic books were sold. I just could see the books without buying them. I just bought 'Upin Ipin' books for my beloved youngest brother. I had to save money since I have used it to buy bicycle and printer for this semester. But I would be going to buy books even not in the fair.

Also, I captured some nice views there.

Facebook???

Hello my sweeties and sweethearts (^_^)

How are you today? Wish all of you are in a good health everyday and every time :)

This morning, I would like to write about FACEBOOK.

I am sure that all of you ever heard about this social website or you may already have one FACEBOOK's account. And so do me .

You know, and I know that you know that FACEBOOK has its own advantages and disadvantages. People always talk about it and there are some studies on FACEBOOK.

Okay, now I want to share to all of you some reasons I signed up for FACEBOOK's account.

First of all, I create its account because I want to find my old friends whether they were my friends at primary or secondary school. So that, I can keep in touch with them, ask about their life and so on and so forth.

Plus, I am a person who like to have many friends. I do not mind who are my friends in FACEBOOK as long as they do not do something that makes me feel so unpleasant to them. Anyway, I like to befriend with variety of friends especially those who are like to share useful things in the FACEBOOK such as current issues, spirit's words and another information. 

Besides, I have a FACEBOOK because I want to spread good words and useful information to others too. People said: Sharing is Caring. So, one of the ways for me to practice this quote is by sharing any information that can give benefit to anyone who may read it. There may some people who need that information even we do not realize it.

Last but not least, whatever reasons they are, I want to advice to all my cute readers and me to use wisely the FACEBOOK. So that, we will not waste our ample times by just 'facebooking' for hours, until we ignore our works. As a result, our studies is disturbed, sleepy in the class, and we can not pay full attention to what our teachers' said.

He is KEVIN

Hello sweeties and sweethearts (^_^)

Today, my classmates and I had read a short story titled 'Kevin' and it is written by Catherine Lim. Based on this story, I will write on my personal response about it.

First of all, I wanna show you my drawing about Kevin's drawing.

Kevin drew this drawing because he was so bored.

This story is about Kevin who had to study hard to obtain highest mark in the class so that his mother would satisfy and no punishments would he get from her. Personally, I think Kevin's mother is a really good mother because she was so concerned about Kevin's study. She always checked Kevin's test paper, looked for any mistakes and the reasons why he did the mistakes. She would be nagging and punishing him after seeing any careless mistakes. Oh, pity him. (*_*). No one is perfect and everyone do mistakes.

A mother likes Kevin's mother is good but it would be nicer if she was not too strict to her son until she blocked his freedom. He had to study, and study, and study again. We can not study all the time. We must have some times for ourselves to do something we like such as playing football, painting, watching TV and so on and so forth. So, we can release tensions that we get from studying. This is only my view.

Reading until dreaming >.<

As a student, I admit that we should study smart but not too hard in order to get the best result. I can not blame his mother from doing this and that because I know her intention is good. She did that because she wanted the best for her son's future.

Besides, Kevin's mother had rewarded him some gifts if he obtained 95 per cent or more. But she did not ever bought what Kevin wanted. He wanted comics instead of story books. He wanted football boots instead of sneakers. Also, he wanted to watch football match telecast on TV, not watching the Star Wars. If I were Kevin, I would feel so depressed. It looks like Kevin's life is controlled and monitored by his mother. Oh, my God. Is Kevin a ROBOT?

Anyway, his mother also concerned about other aspects of Kevin's life. She cared of his health. She reminded the servant to prepare breakfast. Plus, she kissed him good night. You know, not all the moms in the world give good night kiss to their children especially when the children are growing to teenagers. So do me. Hehe. But kiss is not the only way to show love (^_^).

I absolutely disagree about Kevin's behavior and reaction when his servant told him that his mother was in the hospital because of ulcer. He was very excited and happy to hear that. As a good child, we should be worrying about our mother's health. We have only one true mom in this whole wide world. Only ONE.

Can you imagine how difficult our mom's life when she pregnant. She carried us in her stomach for NINE MONTHS. It was a long time, dearies. Please appreciate them when they are still in front of our eyes. It's till not too late.

Even I disagree with Kevin's behavior, but I can not blame him to be like that. You know, he had no affections for her which can be seen by his reaction on her illness. This is because of his mother's 'too much care and concern' on him. 

Last but not least, from this text, I aware that to be the best mother is very difficult. A mother always wants the best for their children until sometimes she unconscious about her children's likes or dislikes. Someone told me that a child likes a white pure cloth. No dots. No colors. So pure and clean. Parents are the persons who would decorate and paint the cloth until it will the most wonderful and beautiful cloth in the world. To decorate and paint a cloth so that it will be so pretty in everyone's eyes is not an easy job. It needs love, care, attention and sacrifice.

A true mom's love is INFINITY

And for me myself,I will be going to love my mom forever and hereafter. No any single women in this world can replace her. No ONE will. In addition,she is the most remarkable and adorable mom I ever had! Even she has different characteristics with other mothers in the world, yes, you know, everyone has their own differences and specialties. And I wanna say that I proud to have a mom like her.

Summary Of Drove Roads

Hello sweeties J

The drovers had to overcome the problem of the long distances to drive a large herd of cattle. He had a great skill in manoeuvring. Sometimes, he will ride a horse to check the cattle. He had to be careful so that they did not graze at the private land. In the long journey, the cattle will hungry. He had to rely on the food or farms which lay on his route. He will blow a horn to warn the farmer of his approach. Besides, the cattle afraid of sudden loud noises. He had to calm and reassemble them. There might be any person who want to attack him or steal his cattle. So, he had to cope with band of robbers to deal with it. Lastly, he must know about the knowledge of the temperament of the cattle, so that they will not be overdriven and arrived at the market in good condition.

Please appreciate them,,,

Days after days, we are growing. From babies to children to teenagers and to adult. Every day, we are busy with our own works and jobs until sometimes we forget about our parents.

I want to say to all readers; please appreciate our parents since they are still alive.

We never know when is the last day we will see them in this world.

They are growing old, my fellow friends.

They need out attention, love and care.

They need us.

It's still not to late to say 'I LOVE YOU' to our parents.

Be a good child. Make them proud of you.

Remember this... 
Both we and our parents are growing.
But the different is that they are growing old.
We may still alive today, but how about tomorrow which we never expect what is going to happen?
